• Record and update customer information in the database.
• Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls and sales.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into customers.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve our services.
• Assist in resolving customer issues or queries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
