Description

  1. Checkers carry out the inspection for defects of made ups as below

 

1.1              Identify the pieces to be inspected as instructed by the Checking supervisor.

 

1.2       Inspect the pieces for the  defects mentioned in the

 

      1. Design Mistake

 

      1. Size Mistake

 

      1. Weaving defect

 

      1. Weft Bar

 

      1. Stain

 

      1. Hole / cut

 

      1. Streaks

 

      1. Shade variation

 

      1. Miss Stitch

 

      1. Less stitches / Inch

 

      1. Stitching Bend / Cross / Packing

 

      1. Label Mistake

 

      1. Zip / Button /Accessories Mistake

 

      1. Others

 

    1. Mark the defects observed with the identification stickers.

 

    1. Sentence the piece as “Non-conforming” even one defect observed.

 

    1. Store conforming and Non-conforming piece separately in the designated area and report to the Checking  Supervisor for recording in the inspection format.
