Description

Overview: As a Car Sales Officer, you will be responsible for selling new vehicles while achieving sales targets and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our brand, engaging with potential customers, and providing them with detailed information about our vehicles and financing options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Showcase and demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Conduct test drives with potential buyers to ensure they experience the vehicle’s performance.
  • Provide accurate information about pricing, specifications, warranties, and financing options.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals that satisfy both the customer and dealership expectations.
  • Collaborate with the finance and insurance teams to offer additional services and products to customers.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our inventory, including model specifications, availability, and promotional activities.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure referrals and repeat business.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
