Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician at Syynergy Solutions will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
