E) Manage the installation process of E V charging stations including site preparation, equipment setup and electrical connection.
F) conduct regular inspections and maintenance to reliability and safety of charging infrastructure.
G) Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate repairs or replacement as necessary.
H) Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns and feedback related to E V charging service.
I) Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction such as improving accessibility, reliability and convenience.
J) Independently or collaborate with customer service team to address issues promptly and resolve complaints effectively.
