Job: Sales & Marketing Executive for Selling Mobile Dryers for Paddy/Maize
Locations: Chengalpattu, Tiruvannamalai, Kanchipuram, Thiruvallur, Thiruvarur, Thanjavur,
Cuddalore, Villupuram, Nagapattinam, Pudukottai, Mayiladuthurai. Qualification: Diploma/B.Sc in Agriculture/MBA Marketing
Exp: Freshers/1 to 3 years
Salary: Rs. 1.80 ~ Rs. 3.6 Lakhs + Incentives
Roles & Responsibilities:
The primary objective of this job is to influence and convince Farmers/FPO/FPC/CHC/NGOs Government Agriculture Departments entities to buy the Mobile Dryer in the scheduled territory.
Will be responsible for generating business leads.
Meeting each and every Customers in the assigned territories on daily basis. Educating them on usage of Mobile dryer for drying Paddy. Advantages of Mobile Dryer in place of Sun Drying.
Identification of customers through other agro machineries dealership networks.
Emphasize product operations & Functionality features based on the analysis of customers needs and on the technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
Explaining about the govt schemes, funding, financial loans to the Customers.
Initiating marketing & sales campaigns and follow marketing plan guidelines in order to meet sales and production expectations.
Ability to convert each and every customer prospects.
In order to improve the business, do paddy market survey, attend the government & private Agro trade shows, meetings, and read related publications in order to obtain information about Agro market conditions, business trends, and industry developments.
Fluent English & Tamil, both spoken and written Knowledge of PC: MS Office and Typing Communication skills, ability to communicate freely via phone, e- mail and face to face.
Having 2 Wheeler is preferred. Travel Allowance & Other Conveyance Charge will be reimbursed.
