Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Assist in identifying and qualifying potential clients across the IT services and SaaS sectors under the guidance of senior team members.
Conduct market research to support the development of targeted lead lists.
Utilize various prospecting methods, including social selling and email outreach.
Needs Assessment & Solution Selling:
Shadow sales calls, demos, and participate in discovery meetings to gain insights into client needs and effective selling strategies.
Support the development of sales presentations and materials.
Begin to develop an understanding of our core IT services and SaaS offerings.
Client Relationship Management:
Help maintain accurate client records and sales activity data within our CRM.
Draft follow-up communications and meeting summaries under supervision.
Learning & Development:
Gain hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales tools.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop sales skills and industry knowledge.
Actively seek feedback and mentorship to accelerate your learning.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Demonstrated interest in sales, technology, and relationship building. Coursework in relevant areas a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic, coachable, and takes initiative.
Good to have:
Basic familiarity with cloud technologies, Web and App Development or specific areas of SaaS.
Experience with social media platforms (particularly LinkedIn) for prospecting.
