We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled civil engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, and managing construction projects, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of various civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, and water management systems.
2. Conduct site investigations and surveys to assess project feasibility and environmental impact.
3. Prepare engineering designs, drawings, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
4. Analyze structural systems for strength, stability, and safety using engineering principles and software tools.
5. Estimate project costs, prepare budgets, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
6. Liaise with clients, government agencies, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate project activities and obtain necessary approvals and permits.
7. Monitor construction progress, inspect workmanship, and resolve technical issues or design discrepancies that may arise during the construction phase.
8. Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and codes.
9. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices in civil engineering.
