Job Description: ATL Trainer and Mentor

Overview:

  • Qwings seeks an IoT & Coding Trainer and Mentor for STEM education.
  • Ideal candidates must have strong coding, electronics, IoT, and robotics skills.
  • Proficiency in web/app development, Python, and microcontrollers required.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct coding activities to enhance student understanding.
  • Integrate coding lessons into school curriculums.
  • Mentor and guide students in coding and technology.
  • Maintain lab equipment and ensure student safety.
  • Develop engaging lesson plans and materials.
  • Stay updated on coding and STEM education trends.
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods.
  • Participate in research and educational initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical field.
  • Proficiency in coding languages and web/app development.
  • Strong understanding of electronics, IoT, and robotics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior teaching or mentoring experience is preferred.
