Roles & responsibilities
1. Learning and Development: You'll undergo extensive training to understand the design, manufacturing processes, and quality control standards related to Instrumentation panels.
2. Assisting in Design: You might assist senior engineers in designing Panels.
3. Production Support: You'll support production activities, ensuring that manufacturing processes adhere to design specifications and industry standards. This might involve monitoring manufacturing processes, troubleshooting issues, and suggesting improvements.
4. Quality Assurance: You'll be involved in quality control processes, inspecting manufactured parts to ensure they meet required standards for material quality, dimensions, and performance.
5. Documentation and Reporting: You'll maintain documentation related to design changes, production processes, quality control measures, and testing results. You may also prepare reports for management or regulatory purposes.
6. Collaboration: You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, Projects Manager, production managers, quality assurance personnel to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
7. Continuous Improvement: You'll actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize processes, reduce costs, enhance product quality, and improve overall efficiency.
8. Health and Safety Compliance: You'll adhere to health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety in the workplace, ensuring that all activities are conducted with minimal risk to personnel and equipment.
9. Customer Support: You may provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries related to product specifications, installation guidelines, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.
