Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in operating and maintaining PET blowing machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Machine Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our PET blowing machines to meet production targets and maintain product quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate PET blowing machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to produce high-quality PET bottles.
• Monitor machine performance, including temperature, pressure, and speed settings, to ensure optimal production efficiency and product quality.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify any issues or defects and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems and make necessary adjustments or repairs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Perform quality control checks on finished products to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment and prevent accidents or injuries.
• Keep accurate records of production output, machine maintenance, and any incidents or issues encountered during operations.
• Collaborate with other team members, including supervisors, technicians, and quality control personnel, to coordinate production schedules and address any production-related issues.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains to optimize machine performance and enhance overall productivity.
