Handle customer complaints, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and empathy, taking ownership of problems and ensuring timely resolution to uphold customer satisfaction.
Gather feedback from customers to understand their needs, preferences, and suggestions for improvement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
Educate customers about products, services, features, and best practices to maximize their usage and satisfaction. Provide training sessions, tutorials, or resources as needed.
