To attend and respond to the queries of the cstomers/ field team.
Required very good Communication skill both verbal / Written (Tamil & English).
To be good in MS Office.
To co-ordinator and make regular calls to customers for repeated orders and follow ups on collection.
To build good rapport with distributors, dealers, mechanics & key account customers.
To Prepare MIS report and timely feedback of competition to the management.
Adhering to the policy of the management and to keeep confidentiality.
work experience
Minimum 02-05 years Back Office/ Tele -Calling experience in Automotive Spare Parts (or) in Retail & Distributiion Company.
Preference will be given to those who speaks additional language other than Tamil & English
