Description

To support the sales department by demonstrating the product and answering questions about its use, installation and maintenance. Customers tend to trust genuine engineers more than salesmen and so your role can be very important in bringing business to your company

 

  1. To Plan and achieve segment wise Weekly/Monthly Projected target as defined in BSP
  2. To Plan and achieve weekly/monthly segment wise enquiry target and order conversion.
  3. To prepare Offer/BOM/SLD as per customer need and submit on time
  4. To plan enquiry follow up on Daily/weekly
  5. To Plan prepare project wise schedule to execute and complete on time (PEP).
  6. To ensure all the offers/quote/enquiry recorded and submits updated report daily on time.
  7. Provide technical support to sales team
  8. Build relationship with customers
  9. Provide pricing as requested from sales team for any products/equipments/projects
  10. Follow up with sales staff to clarify order details as necessary
  11. Communicate solution information to our customers and sales staff
  12. Provide assistance to execution team in the execution of larger projects
  13. Act as a single point of contact for all queries for pricing, technical support, and solution approach
  14. Ensure that clarifications are raised well in time to get better clarity on quote submission.
  15. Clear understanding of work scope & best estimation with respect to execution of enquiry/projects.
  16. Ensure that Clients pricing and technical detail schedules are complete and accurate.
  17. Reporting and documenting.
  18. To follow up with customer in person and ensure obtaining customer feedback achieving satisfaction
