We are seeking a diligent and motivated individual to join our team as a Powder Coating Helper. As a vital member of our production team, you will assist in the preparation and application of powder coating materials to various metal products.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation of metal surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required.
2. Ensure proper handling and storage of powder coating materials and equipment.
3. Assist in the setup and operation of powder coating equipment, including guns, booths, and ovens.
4. Apply powder coating materials to metal surfaces according to specifications and quality standards.
5. Monitor coating process to ensure uniform coverage and proper adhesion.
6. Inspect coated products for defects and imperfections, making adjustments as necessary.
7. Clean and maintain powder coating equipment and work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
8. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
9. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and quality production.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the powder coating operation.
