Description

We are seeking a skilled Electroplating & Phopshating Operator to join our team. The Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining electroplating and phosphating equipment to apply metal coatings onto various substrates.

  1. Operate electroplating equipment to apply metal coatings onto substrates according to specifications.
  2. Prepare substrates for electroplating by cleaning, degreasing, and polishing surfaces.
  3. Mix plating solutions and chemicals according to prescribed formulas and concentrations.
  4. Monitor process parameters such as temperature, voltage, and current to ensure proper plating conditions.
  5. Perform regular maintenance on electroplating equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  6. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed.
  7. Conduct quality control inspections to verify coating thickness, adhesion, and overall finish.
  8. Maintain accurate records of plating processes, including solution usage, production output, and quality measurements.
  9. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to meet production schedules and quality targets.
