Job Title: Trainee Machine Operator

Salary Offered: Upto Rs. 15000/Month with PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity and other facilities.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Trainee Machine Operator to join our team at our factory in Sipcot Industrial Area, Vallam.

Responsibilities:

  1. Operate assigned machines in a safe and efficient manner according to company procedures and guidelines.
  2. Monitor machine operations to ensure products are produced in compliance with quality standards.
  3. Conduct regular inspections of machines to identify any defects or malfunctions and perform troubleshooting as needed.
  4. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and tightening parts, to ensure optimal machine performance.
  5. Adjust machine settings to accommodate different materials or production requirements.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  8. Complete production reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  2. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  3. Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance procedures.
  4. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
  5. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  6. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  7. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as required.
  8. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
