Setting up machines and performing basic preventive maintenance activity at the beginning of the shift and ensuring they are properly calibrated for production.
Monitoring the production process in the assigned work area, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
Conducting regular inspections of machinery to identify any issues or potential problems escalate to Production Shift Lead and Maintenance Executive for maintenance planning.
Performing basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment.
Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and working with Maintenance Executive to resolve more complex issues.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Maintaining accurate production records and reporting any deviations from standard procedures.
Maintaining record of machine operation in their work area and submit the same to Production Shift Lead at the end of the shift.
Collaborating with other team members to optimize production processes and achieve production targets.
Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure product quality and safety.
Stand by the hygiene system of the organization and ensure quality first concept.
