Description

  • Production line management
  • Achieving rating production by proper utilization of Man, Machine,Material and Method.
  • Documents updating on display board’s daily basis.
  • Rejection Minimization.
  • General Maintenance of Machine and Mold
  • Process Parameter setting for the m/c &Trouble Shooting.
  • Trouble shoots the problem during m/c running
  • Man power handle & Daily Review of production, Rejection & Downtime..
  • To keep and maintain 5-S at shop floor
  • To responsible for daily basis production plan activity and give max achievement.
  • Maintain Product Documentation & SAP System properly.
  • Mold changing & Mold trial with in specified time as per system of procedure.
  • Complete New mold validation (MQR) &Part validation as require.
  • Working with D & D dept. on new project.
  • Customer complaint handling & making RCA (through DMAIC)
  • Well versed with handling of injection molding machines of  reputed manufacturers.
  • Experience of handling molding production shop floor and handling operators.
  • Responsible for production on production lines.
  • Schedule manpower for production (as per production manager ) on daily basis .
  • Coordinate with stores for daily production material requirements .
  • Planning materials for achiving the daily production target & maintaining physical stocks for month production requirement .
  • Improve the productivity .
  • Ensuring producers are working as per work intructions , setup sheet and without any validation report .
  • Finding the machine and mould problemes coordinating both team members for solving the problems .
  • Rejection reduction .
  • Reducing lumps and matewrials wastages .
  • Preparing daily production report  .
  • Highlight issues obeserved during manufacturing to seniors .
  • Knowledge of molding /manufactures of thermoplastics will be added advantage.
