1. Has to learn the processes of vehicle manufacturing eg : Painting , Vehicle Assembly, Bodyshop, Quality
2.Need to develop the knowledge for trouble shooting the defect and rework.
3.Has to complete their process as per defined TAT time adhering quality standards
4.Should be able to do continuous improvement in the fronts like Safety, Quality , Delivery, Cost and Morale
5.The candidate should exhibit the punctual work habit and abide by the direction of supervisor
6.Need to have attitude to take more responsibility and deliver their duty
