Description

Responsibility :-

Invoice Preparation:

  • Preparation of invoice according to dispatch plan
  • Preparation of Debit Note for every movement
  • Posting in Goods Movement Register
  • Preparation of Gate pass
  • Preparation of Form JJ

 

Documentation:

 

  • Setting of Documents for sending materials by truck
  • Setting of Documents for Accounts & Region Copy
  • Forwarding Original Documents to various regions

 

Responsibility: Accounting

  • Cash handling & cash payment for approved vouchers
  • Cash Book & Cash Verification
  • Posting Cash vouchers
  • Preparation of Statement for Freight Bills
  • Maintenance of Files

Responsibility: Taxation

  • Maintaining CENVAT Register
  • Maintaining RG1 Register
  • Reconciliation of Finished Goods Register
  • Preparation of Monthly Excise Return, Filing of excise e-return & getting approval from SGM
  • Submitting e-returns to Range office
  • Preparation of Sales Tax Workings

 

To strictly adhere to all PPE & safety precautions and impart to subordinates of the department

Any Other duties assigned by the reporting officer/HOD/Management
