Description

  1. Ensure zero defects in customer supplies for all components/parts.
  2. Responsible for achieving daily production targets as planned and instructed.
  3. Documentation on daily production efficiency achieved & cost of quality to be computed.
  4. Data on hourly production, breakdowns, idle time and manpower effectively used has to be collected and submitted as weekly report to the Manager (Production).
  5. Safe keeping of all instruments, materials and drawings given under your charge.
  6. Understand product drawings and processes involved and ensure good working conditions of all tools, dies, jigs, fixtures etc. placed under your charge.
  7. Daily check the conditions of the equipments, tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges etc. and interact with your superiors and PMD for perfect working conditions of all equipments under your authority.
