Responsible to Manage end to end recruitment process starting from Sourcing, ensure attendance of candidates in client interviews, offer negotiation, timely joining and retention
Responsible in finding active and passive candidates using proactive sourcing methods including cold calling, database mining blogs, internet/web searches, LinkedIn, and employee referrals to generate candidate leads.
Regularly called candidates for updates on job search, interviews and skills. Maintained rapport with active candidates.

Recruiting Process:
Work on the recruitment delivery for contract staffing positions from IT clients
Define job description and communicate the same in the public domain appropriately as well as with the potential candidates
Create a candidate persona for each open position/ mandate
Identify prospective candidates using a variety of sourcing channels and appropriate screening process
