JOB OBJECTIVE: To assist CM in implementing strategies, policies and procedures to ensure that KGFS at branch level has the necessary Operations capability to realise its business plans. Ensure KGFS at branch level possesses the operating systems necessary to function effectively and ensure compliance to all processes as laid down.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Product Implementation: Roll out new products/ play an active role in pilot testing of new products and processes and provide feedback to BM
Customer Focus: Regularly undertake field visits to understand customer needs to enhance customer service
Networking: Establish and maintain professional relationship with opinion leaders, transaction points and local retailers in the service area for smooth functioning of branch
Organisational Values and Mission Inculcates KGFS values and Mission to the team and makes sure that the culture is instilled for all direct reports Communicates KGFS mission and values to all customers to facilitate mission accomplishment.
