Job Description:
Pre-batch checking
Process monitoring(FIFO & Packing Tracking number)
Machine management ( Mixer, Kneader, Dust collector, TRM etc.,)
Check Sheet updating ( Process, Machine & Utilize)
Control the manpower.
Batch Processing
5s Improvement & Cleaning.
Viscosity & Sticker Crosschecking ( Paint & Body Shop )
Safety Management.
Backup for staff (Incase Team Leader & Staff or Staff absent).
Report to team leader for related production issue with breakdown slip.
Knowledge in Safety
