JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Logistics Junior (Male) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our logistics operations and ensuring the smooth flow Transportation. This position requires excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical abilities, effective communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. The Supply Chain & Logistics Junior will collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize processes and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in coordinating and managing the logistics and supply chain activities, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Monitor and track the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse personnel to ensure efficient operations and resolve any logistical challenges.
  • Conduct analysis and utilize problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, shipping documents, and compliance records.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the logistics industry, ensuring adherence to legal and safety standards.
  • Support in the coordination and execution of inventory control procedures, including cycle counts and reconciliation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
  • Assist in the evaluation and selection of vendors and suppliers based on their reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
