1.To Ensure that the team member is part of production team to work efficiently and meet the production targets.
2.To Contribute Effectively in ensuring given output of all products meeting the company's quality standards and specifications.
3.To Check scope for KAIZEN - by continually identifying areas of the production process that can be improved, to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
4.To Ensure that production equipment is properly maintained every day.
5.To Take all precaution (PPE- Personal Productive Equipment ) while working in the shop floor.
6.To Fill the required machine & maintenance check list on timely basis.
7.To Maintain discipline at work premises and be punctual as per allocated shift timing.
