Job Description
We are looking for Support engineer to provide technical assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent customer service skill.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Candidate must immediately joiners and candidates with a Notice period not more than 10 days.
2. Working days: 6 with 1 day rotational off(last logout for women would be 6.00-7.00 pm and for men it would be between 10.00-12.00 PM)
3. Only male employees would have the late-night log out while all the female will logout by 8.00-9.00 pm or earlier.
4. Cab details : Candidate would be eligible for a drop in case the shift ends between 10.00-12.00 pm(15 km radius from the office premises)
5. Having good communication skill to deal with international clients for requirement gathering and discussion.
