• Experience of working in continuous process industry.
• Knowledge on Instrumentation Maintenance activities
• Strong Technical knowledge of DCS/PLC application & hardware troubleshooting. • Advanced knowledge of Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, Level Transmitters, Flow meters, Level & Pressure switches Thermocouples, RTD, Gas analyzers, Stack analyzers, various sensors, pneumatic systems, SOV, calibrations, control valves, etc.
• Ability to handle and troubleshoot maintenance related issues and carry out necessary modifications in equipment, as required.
• Good technical knowledge of process industry instruments.
• Knowledge in Industrial Safety, 5S, ISO Systems
• Exposure to 5S, WCM based improvement techniques and tools.
