· Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, and a minimum of 5 years of direct enterprise software sales experience · Knowledge and understanding of Business Operations and Technology Management desired · Strong network of contacts C-level contacts is preferred · Proven results in meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas · Demonstrated use of a structured process for identifying key decision-makers and their top priorities · Experience selling to the "C" level executives as well as business level users · Ability to listen carefully to needs and requirements, and tailor sales positioning in way that resonates with the customer · Ability to reframe and challenge the way individuals view their businesses, and demonstrate the value of the solution being sold to their business priorities · Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage cross functional activities, make difficult decisions, and always land on an ethical and compliant resolution.
