We are looking for a "Senior Factory Manager" for our CODISSIA Defence Innovation and Atal Incubation Centre located at Hall C, CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex, Coimbatore - 18.

Job Description:
Designation: Senior Factory Manager/ Technical Head
Qualification: B.E/M.E
Experience: 10-15 Years
Required Exposure/Skill Set: Communication, Design & Modelling, R&D, OpEx, BOM, ERP, Networking, Policies, KPI Measures & Quality, Operation.
Salary: (As Per Industry Norms)
Shift: Day: (10 AM - 6:30 PM)
Job Location: Hall C, CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex.
Production
Planning, organizing, directing, and running optimum day-to-day operations to meet in-demand expectations.
Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
Coordinate plant activities with Department Senior to ensure the total objectives to be accomplished in a timely and effective manner.
Ensure availability and sustainability of equipment and assets.
Increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
In collaboration with customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
Report monthly the key figures of his perimeter to the Chief Industrial Officer.
Process
Study the performance of production processes in terms of productivity, capacity, quality, reliability, and safety, and suggest improvements. Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.
Source and recommend the various equipment & tools required to achieve objectives.
Drive the equipment’s installation and measure the performance.
Maintain operational modules (part master, bill of material, routes) in ERP.
Propose and implement a yearly investment plan.
Propose a continuous improvement plan.
Quality Control
Enforce quality management Systems as per CDIIC requirements and Guidelines
Maintain a zero-defect mindset and objective through best practices.
Management and Leadership
Lead the plant's internal communication and ensure that necessary information is displayed to the managers and to employees (Plant performance objectives & results, roadmaps, risk mitigations, etc.).
Enforce strict cost control management.
Enforce the company Performance Management System in his organization (set up KPIs and competencies, regular feedback, final assessment, career path proposition)
Develop team’s knowledge and practices in technologies and general production management techniques.
Propose organizational changes as a yearly, half-yearly & quarter staffing plan and payroll budget to Chief Executive Officer to ensure his implementation and follow-up.
Propose yearly plant operation budget (OPEX). Monitor implementation and trigger actions.
Systems IT
Harmonize, create, and maintain BOM & routing across Dextra group industrial plant
Develop and deploy across Dextra group industrial plant standard reports.
