JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Candiate should be willing to do Pipe Welding
  • Shall take care complete welding work in the shop floor by keeping quality and timely completion in mind.
  • Study the engineering drawings and determine appropriate equipment or method based on requirements.
  • Shall select suitable accessories for carrying out t welding process based on the base materials of the component to be welded
  • Weld components using manual or semi-automatic equipment’s in various positions (Vertical, Horizontal, Overhead) 
  • Planning and Designing of Jigs and Fixtures for welding
  • Selection of Proper electrodes for welding
  • Maintaining proper log book
  • Responsible for completing job with Zero error
  • Responsible for maintaining the welding equipment in a good condition and does not compromise safety at any time
  • Take care of the other fabrication activities as and when required
