  • Supporting customers through technical activities.
  • Understand the value of the customer and speak politely.
  • Should travel to the customer site for fixing the faults in the machine.
  • Understanding customer needs and concerns.
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Prepare and submit service reports
  • Educate the customer regarding maintenance of machines and accessories.
  • Responsible for completing an accurate daily service report at the end of each service call that was scheduled.
