Description

    • Follow all safety, Health and Environmental system standards to ensure ZERO incidents
    • Adhering to Quality Management System.
    • Supporting team leader to Produce standard product as per the Quality system and control plan
    • Supporting team leader to Achieving plant COT’s like OEE, FPFQY etc.,
    • Supporting team leader to Coordinate and plan with team leader for PPM of all equipment in area of ownership.
    • Maintain housekeeping standards at the highest levels
    • Identify and record any problems relating to product, process and quality systems.
    • Help to conduct all in-process quality tests and release product
    • Participate in Quality improvement teams, safety programs, suggestion scheme and special projects
    • Actively engage in improvement programs and activities
    • Work as a team to achieve quality management system objectives,
    • Undertake minor maintenance jobs during shift duty, major maintenance activities when assigned beyond shift.
    • Trouble shooting support during electrical breakdowns
