ASO Roles and Responsibilities

  • New Distributors Appointment - Choose Right Persons
  • Area Allocation for New distributor - Without dispute
  • Explain  distributors about our company norms - without wrong commitment
  • Proper utilization of Field Assists (retailer data)
  • Supporting agent to increase volume.,
  • Controlling company assets & outstanding.
  • Aso ensure to Existing distributors good service - without stock out
  • Finding more & more outlets for exclusive branding.
  • Market Customers feedback & Suggestion Communicate to Next level
  • Daily reporting & expenses to be submitted in time.
  • Finally make a route for Profitable
  • Responsible for monthly crates account balancing Distributor-wise
  • Responsible to tally tray data against volume handled by respective distributor
  • Keeping good relationship with distributors & second line dealers and retailers
  • Maintaining all MSO/MCO list where Distributors/Dealers are supplying
  • Maintain all Distributors/Dealers /Outlets personal address/personal contact phone numbers
  • Reports as per frequency and standard format to be shared

Promoter’s Roles and Responsibilities

  • Promoters should be known all our Products basic Knowledge (Varity of Products ,variants & Price )
  • Promoters market work timing is a most important ,its depend on distributors - Market starting & closing time
  • Daily basis should be follow distributors Opening stock & closing stock ,any products if stock out that day ,ensure to make Primary order
  • Promoters to follow during market work ,sample products ,Retailers price list & POP
  • Daily basis should be attend 50 shops & Minimum Order shops 20
  • Market Customers feedback & Suggestion  Communicate to Next level
  • No Wrong commitment to Retailers for Order purposes (Expiry returned ,Price discount ,offer)
  • Promoters aim is all retailer shop will placement at least our one products
  • Promoters to make good relationship to Distributors & Retailers - Its make a Regular business
  • Promoters major role is stock out at distributors point & to make Repeated Primary order
  • Daily basis should be follow Reporting DSR & OTHER Our company Norms
  • Finally your goal is growth company revenue & You also  will Promote ASO
