INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE – TELE SALES JOB SUMMARY Our organization is hiring Telemarketing executives to join our inside sales team. The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with several people each day to discuss health insurance products suitable for the individual. We’re looking for an energetic and motivated professional. As a telesales executive, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely and collect desired information from the clients. You are also required to write down important information provided by the customer and follow up with them on a regular basis. You will generate a minimum of 5 leads per day and make follow-up calls when appropriate to close sales. We are seeking both fresher’s and experienced candidates with learning attitude. As an ideal candidate, you should be an excellent communicator along with convincing abilities and phenomenal telephone etiquette is essential for this position. RESPONSIBILITIES Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program Answer potential clients questions about health insurance features Generate between 5 and 10 sales leads per day Make sales closure over phone by regular follow-up Familiar with all products and services offered by our company Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment Understand the requirements of new clients and provide them the right solution Be updated with trend to ensure that our offerings remain relevant Get referrals from existing customers Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times REQUIREMENTS Fresher and sales experience candidate with any graduation can apply Good verbal communication is required Ability to work in team or individually as and when required Strong organizational skills Should have basic computer knowledge Candidate should have good sales closing skill.
