Assemble shift start up meeting for day today communication & Before Shift Updates of Safety , prodn vs actual & loss Details , Break down Customer & in house Quality issue , Other information.
Know the shift plan from TL during shift start
Punctuality in times (Tea/Lunch time)
Check the hand tools availability ( Chiesel , Hammaer , File , Electrode )

Safety
All TA's must wear the PPE's (Glove, Safety shoe, Hand sleeve)
Check the safety sensor working condition for safety norms
Check the safe working condition of Jig & machine surroundings
PPE Should be wear whole shift.
Authorized person only operate the Robot M/C

Quality
Ensure the Sensor Working Condition Before Starting the Production
Do First off part Inspection (FML) and Confirm The Parts Quality As per The Standard And record it in inspection Report .
Do Drive check Every One Hour Once to confirm the Spot condition
Do to the Rapid inspection
Any customer complaint,100% inspection to be done for next 3 batches with tick mark
Any customer complaint,analyse using 3P5Y tool and Make counter measure
FML part to be cleared before next part production.

Production

Updating the check sheet and Ensure the Equipment Readiness
Do the Tip Dressing before starting the Production and confirm the Nugget Size with Blue matching Sheet .
Start the Production as per the sop Standard .
Confirm the Child part avail to avoiding the line start up issue
Confirm all the Jig condition Before start the Production .
To confirm the Tip Nugget Size before start the production
Confirm the Poke Yoke working Condition
Confirm the Parts Quality as per the inspection Standard in hourly basis
Create the Evidence to confirm the Parts Quality
Confirm the Spot condition as per Drive check standard
Select the tag based on the variant of parts .
Shift End Submit the Production Details/ Rejection Details to Team Leader

Work place and Shop Floor is free from Unwanted Items
Place the hand tools in Order
Clean the Working place and Working machine
WI/SOP's are always in work place

TPM
Perform Machine Startup check sheet for safety norms
Check the working machine is free from Spatter & Dust
