Description

  1. Training of Employees on Personal Protective Equipment, Naphtha Handlin & Storage, Electrical Safety, Mechanical Safety, Chemical, Civil, Contractor safety, Statutory Safety, Fire Manual, Health and Safety Management System, On site Emergency Procedure and Emergency Drills, Off-Site Eergency Procedure & Local Crisis Manangement Plan.
  2. Preparation of manuals & training to employees
  3. Contract personnel for fire & health service
  4. Maitaining records to meet statutory regulations.
  5. Liason with regulating agencies
  6. Preparation of Annual Budget for Health & safety
  7. Nosie level monitoring
  8. Fire Audits & Periodic medical check up
  9. Maintaining Inventory & Purchase indenting for safety and fire consumables
  10. Assisting Environmental Management Systems wherever necessary
  11. Arranging external Safety Audit
  12. Testing of lifting equipement
  13. Conducting periodic fire mock drills, onsite and offsite mock drills
  14. Occupational Health
  15. Assisting Management Administrator for ISO - 45001
  16. Attending the fire calls
  17. Maintaining the Personal Protective Equipment House keeping audit
  18. Filling of Fire Extinguisher culinders
  19. Maintaining the Fire Tender
  20. Checking the Fire fighting & fire detecting Equipements periodically
  21. Supervising the Fire crew and keeping them always in fit and alert condition
  22. Conducting fire safetly survey
  23. conduct training for employees and contractors to improve awareness on safety
  24. Maintainrecords as per ISO-45001 requirements
  25. Coordinate with other departments for job safety Analysis and ensure periodical updating
  26. Take appropriate corrective / preventive action for Non-conformances raised / observed
  27. To take part in internal audits both as an internal auditor / auditee and ensure compliance of schedule.
  28. Ensure Internal Audits are conducted as per schedule and appropriate corrective / preventive action taken for Non-conformances.
