Duration : 1st Year Designation : Operting Engineer Trainee
Qualification : Diploma in NON-IT (Mechanical, Auto, Electrical, Electronics & etc.,)
Facilities : Female Hostel & Canteen at Subsidized rates, Free Transportation.
Age : 18 – 21 Years, Gender : Female Only.
Compensation : Rs. 1.89 Lakhs per Annum + Medical Insurance Rs.3Lakhs Self+ Parents
Functions : Airbag Assy, Seatbelt Assy, Steering Wheel Assy & Quality
Job Responsibility :
Understand the Product and Process & safety characteristics
Involve in Assy. Activities meet daily production targets / Ensure product quality
Document updation (production related reports)
Understand and involve in Japanese concepts(like Gemba,5’S,3C and etc)
Involve Suggestion scheme, KAIZEN activities, QCC activities
Understand machine, tool and others systems, etc .,
Understand the personal / plant safety to follow and implement.
