Qualifications : Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering / Tech
Higher Qualifications : Post Graduation in Science (Chem) / Engg / Environment

Job Experience : Minimum 4 - 12 years of Experience, more would be preferred
Expert Area # 1 : Dealer / Channel Sales & Channel Management
Expert Area # 2 : Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Key Account
Management, Negotiation Skills
Currently working with : Segments related to Institutions (Building & Const, Hotels &
Hospitality, Hospitals, Education, Big Corporate houses)
Travelling : Extensive to Moderate
Presentation Skills : Must
Communication Skills : Must
Team Management : Required
Project Sales : Preferred
Process knowledge : Preferred
Roles & : (i) Achieve the 3 Key Results Areas like ORDER BOOKING, INVOICING / SALES
Responsibilities and COLLECTION
(ii) Business Development for New Products
(iii) Increase market reach / spread for the existing products by working on
New Channels / Dealers / Associates / Sales routes
(iv) Close monitoring of Dealer performance and work with their team to
achieve the Dealer targets
(v) Closely work with Clients / Consultants / Contractors (KAM / KIM concept)
(vi) Conduct Workshops / Product Trainings / Offline & Online Presentations
to keep the Network list / Customers active
(vii) Ensure that there is continuous Lead Generation & Enquiries coming from
the various sales & marketing activities
(viii) Able to conceptualize Client’s requirement and lead the proposal & / or
sales team to prepare Technical & Commercial offers
