KRAs / Key Responsibilities:

• The role is focused on Aerospace and Defense sector.
• The candidate will be working with the senior stakeholders and will work in alignment with the organisation’s goals. 
• NPD activity will be in Aerospace, Defense Organisations like HAL, DRDO Labs, BDL, ADA, ISRO etc.
• The candidate shall be capable of  
  • Designing electrical systems from Build to Specifications inputs
  • Developing Project Execution Schedule in line with the Customer PO conditions
  • Liaisoning with other stakeholders within and outside organization
  • Ensure design documents created are approved by customer
  • Work with internal Quality department to develop Qualification Plan
• Liaison with customer / customer design approval agencies / customer quality assurance agencies to ensure smooth acceptance of products
• Prepare and present documents for Design Reviews and Qualification Programs
• Coordinating with BD, Design, Manufacturing & Quality team for realization of product, Qualification and approval by various agencies.
