We are hiring Freshers for the designation of Trainee - CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP OFFICER for our Ambattur, Chennai location. Call Babisree-Hr @ 7338828060
Designation: Trainee - Customer Relationship Officer

• Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to converse in regional language along with English.
• Ability to convince customers
• Assist customers in all their queries

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understanding the need of the customers and helping the customers to choose the right financial product as per their eligibility
• Suggesting the customer alternative products based on need, lifestyle & spending power
• Explaining to the customers about the benefits and offers related to the products.
• Verify customer details and guide them through the application gateway
• Maintain amicable conversation throughout the call and build customer delight

Educational Qualification: Any Degree (With or Without backlogs)/ 12th Std/ Diploma
Salary: 1.8 - 2 Lacs per year; Monthly take home 15000 + Incentives + Overtime allowance

Note: Upon completion of 6 months and on being eligible for conversion the CTC change would be 2.75LP
Shift Timings: 9:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M (including all the breaks in between)

Working Days: 6 days of Working and 1 Day Rotational Off (Note: Saturday & Sunday will NOT BE a fixed off)
