The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in web development and a strong understanding of PHP, MongoDB, Redis, HTML, JavaScript, and MySQL. Experience with React is a plus, but not required. Additionally, the candidate should have a basic understanding of AWS or hosting concepts.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP, MongoDB, Redis, HTML, JavaScript, and MySQL
Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features and functionality
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
Troubleshoot and debug any issues that may arise
Stay up-to-date with the latest web development technologies and trends
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in web development
• Strong understanding of PHP, MongoDB, Redis, HTML, JavaScript, and MySQL • Experience with React is a plus
• Basic understanding of AWS or hosting concepts
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug issues
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work on time
