Job Description & Responsibilities
1. Hands-On experience in Air pollution control equipments industry or Fabrication related industry.
2. Experience in fabrication drawing creation, understanding the welding process and should know how to apply welding details in the manufacturing drawings.
3. Provide drawing package with complete GD&T, analysis of fits and tolerance.
4. Collaboratively work with team members, capable of handling multiple projects.
5. Comprehensive understanding of ranges of engineering materials and their properties.
6. Comprehensive understanding of Sheetmetal, Welding, Machining and Assembly of process to increase productivity,improve quality and optimize resources.
7. Effectively design products / parts which are easy to manufacture and assemble.
8. Create Bill of materials in ERP, execute CAD models and manufacturing drawings for part,assembly & General Arrangement Drawings for the product/part.
9. Review project inputs and specifications, should be able to capture scope and understand the complete requirements of project.
10. Must be able to meet tight deadlines, quick to respond manufacturing issues, be detail oriented and highly organized.
11. Ability to work independently and as a part of team.
12. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all level of employees, across all functions of the organization.
