Programming VMC machines using CAD/CAM software and G-code programming languages.
Selecting appropriate tools and cutting parameters for machining operations.
Setting up and operating VMC machines to produce parts to specification.
Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with VMC machines.
Maintaining and cleaning VMC machines to ensure their proper functioning.
Ensuring the quality of parts produced meets specifications and standards
