Roles & Responsibilities
1. Prepare / update and report Financials status to the Managing Director (MD)
2. Check transaction status of clients and ensure correctness
3. Follow-up Insurance Premium dues
4. Check and resolve transaction issues, if client raises
5. Maintain Social Media handles
7. Onboard new clients in the app, as per process
8. Maintain & update Broadcast lists and DW CRM
9. Call new clients; Record feedback and report
10. Travel and visit clients (as necessary)
11. Prepare/update presentations for corporate visits
12. Maintaining calendar for the MD
13. Personal Travel and accommodation booking
14. Contact Management
15. Maintaining the client database
