Previous experience working with Ed-Tech Sales & Marketing and solid association of doing sales and marketing with B2C and B2B segments such as Schools, Colleges, State Government Education industry and Corporates. Our successful candidate has ~

  • Passionate in doing business development in Ed-Tech space.
  • Ability to guide the team and employees to excel their sales and marketing targets.
  • Ability to empathize with students in addressing all queries regarding GRIT Studies courses for potential learners and help them make a decision faster.
  • Previous experience in speaking with school or college management in helping them sign education related courses is an added advantage.
  • Consistency in meeting individual and Team sales targets
  • Absolutely excited to work in the environment of a high growth Startup.

The Role and Expectations:

  • Acting as a well wishes, mentor & guide and being a source of career advice for potentials.
  • Counselling learning prospects, offering career advice and providing a sense of how right courses choices and Programs can accelerate their career.
  • Establishing the effectiveness and uniqueness of learning the latest and highly rewarding courses to succeed in a career.
  • Taking responsibility for the entire sales closing life cycle for your assigned leads. Phone/video calls, product demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management fall under this category.
  • Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and providing constant feedback on the quality of the leads to the respective team.
  • Carrying weekly revenue and enrollment targets.
