JD FOR MACHINE OPERATORS:
Follow the shift Communication and acknowledge it by both shift operators
Run the machine as per UPH prescribed in plan sheet
Ensure 5S in each station based on 5S check sheet while shift startup & maintain it by hourly follow-up
Check the running condition part in machines
Check the running model SMP & WI display and record the parameter and inform supervisor if not available
Update the process parameter check sheet every 4 hrs once
