Hiring for Payroll executive  @ Chennai

Should have a minimum experience of at least 2 year in payroll processing

Immediate joiner is preferred

Role : Executive / Sr. Executive / Team Leader

Job Location : Egmore, Chennai.

Experience : Should have a minimum of 2 years of Payroll experience

Salary : Rs. 17000 – 25000 (Based on your previous experience)

Benefits : ESI + PF + Insurance

Responsibilities:

• Checking pay sheets and settlements as per the defined SLA.
• Good Knowledge in PF, ESI, PT.
• Execution of timely delivery of month-end and statutory reports
• All processing should be done using the payroll engine and wherever required create provisions for any enhancements
• Adheres to quality standards and procedures Resolution of Queries as per defined SLA
• Drafting Letters/documents like Memos, Warning Letters, Charge- sheets, Contract Agreements and other day to day company Notices.
• Joining Formalities & General Activities- Completion of Joining formalities & Statutory forms Execution of HR policies.
