We are recruiting highly motivated and enthusiastic NEET Master teachers for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology to join our team GRIT Studies Team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a deep understanding of the NEET exam pattern.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct NEET coaching classes for students appearing for NEET 2023
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, DPPs and test papers that align with the NEET exam syllabus.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing timely feedback to help them improve their performance.
• Ensure that all teaching materials and resources are up-to-date, relevant, and appropriate in accordance with NEET.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of NEET exams and incorporate these into the teaching materials and methods.
• Encourage Interactive learning and Conduct regular doubt clearing sessions, mock tests, and assessments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physics/Chemistry/Biology.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in NEET coaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Student First Mindset.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
• Comfortable with using technology and innovative teaching methods
